By post：The completed application form together with crossed cheque payable to "Hong Kong Travel & Tourism Training Centre" should be submitted by post to :

 In person：Cheques should be made payable to “Hong Kong Travel & Tourism Training Centre”, crossed, and delivered in person with the completed application form to our centre during office hours.


　
　

 Wan Cha Opening Office hour:
　　　9:00am - 7:30pm (Mon-Fri)
　　　9:00am - 2:00pm (Sat) 
　　　Closed on Sundays and public holidays
Tsim Sha Tsui Opening Office hour:
　　　9:00am - 9:00pm (Mon- Fri)
　　　9:00am - 5:30pm (Sat)
　　　Closed on Sundays and public holidays

A course will be cancelled if the enrolment is too low or any special conditions.
No returned cheque will be sent to applicants except in the event of low enrolment or a course being full. 
　

　
When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted, all courses will be cancelled.
　
 If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is in force at or before 6:00 am, all courses in the morning will be cancelled

　
　
　 		If Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered or Typhoon Signal No.3 is issued at or before 11:00am, all courses in the afternoon will remain unchanged If Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered before 2.5hours that the evening courses are started (a course held after 4:30pm is regard as evening course), all courses in the evening will remain unchanged.
　

　
　 If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before the course started, all courses will be cancelled.
If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the course, instructors and students should stay in the classroom.
