Complete the application form and return it to HKTT, together with:

1. Payment transaction advice or crossed cheque.
2. Relevant documents (if any) If submit by mail, please also enclose a self-addressed envelop with
　 a stamp and the Hong Kong Identity Card copy.

Payment Method 　1. Bank Transfer
　　Please transfer the payment to our bank account of “Hong Kong Travel &
　　Tourism Training Centre Limited”: HSBC Bank 495-203630-001. Payment
　　successfully made will be confirmed by the issuance of a transaction advice
　　which should be submitted to HKTT for record.
　2. Payment by Cheque
　　Applicants may send a personal cheque or bank draft, made payable to
　　"Hong Kong Travel & Tourism Training Centre Limited ". Postdated
　　cheque will not be accepted. Student’s name, Course/Workshop name
　　and contact no. are to be written on the back of the cheque.
　Remarks: Applicants have to pay course fee in full for enrollment, unless
　otherwise stated in the particular course information.

Remarks 　1. Fee paid are non-refundable except in the case of a course being cancelled.
　2. Fees paid & places enrolled are not transferable.
　3. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of HKTT for all courses. Applications
　　will not be accepted if applicants do not complete the application forms or fail
　　to provide the document(s) required.
