1. The information collected from the application will be used for the processing the application for admission, academic, alumni management, research, statistical, marketing and administrative purposes.
2.
HKTT may provide such information to an authorized third party providing services to HKTT to above purposes. HKTT undertakes to keep personal data provided by applicants confidential.
3. According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, an applicant has the right :

to check whether HKTT holds his/her personal data |
| (ii) |
to request a copy of such data |
| (iii) |
to require HKTT to correct any of the personal data which is inaccurate. |
Sufficient information will need to be provided to establish identity, otherwise HKTT shall reject to comply with the request.
4. Request to access the personal data collected should be made in writing and addressed to :
