Higher Diploma in Travel& Tourism Management (Day)

The course enables students to develop intellectual and management skills. The course widens the horizon of students to different sectors of the travel and tourism industry and enhances their competitiveness. Graduates are able to advance to programmes in tertiary institutions or work in the travel and tourism industry.

 
  Closely follow the market trends: tourism operations & planning, meeting, incentive, convention
   & exhibition (MICE), cruise & airline services, sustainable tourism and marketing etc.
  The Industrial Placement Scheme allows students to gain solid working experience by
   applying the knowledge & skills learnt in the classroom.
  Professional qualifications: IATA Travel and Tourism Training Foundation Diploma and
   IATA-Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) Diploma.
  Graduates can bridge to "Bachelor of Tourism Management" offered by
   Lincoln University in New Zealand.

Admission Requirements  1. Form 7 Standard or successfully completed the “Diploma in Travel &
   Tourism Operations Studies
” or “Diploma in Airline Operations Studies
   or “Dual Diploma” in HKTT or equivalent
 2. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of HKTT
Duration  2 Years
Course Fee  $63,680 (16 installments)
Course Subsidy
 1. Continuing Education Fund
  Some of the modular courses within the Higher Diploma Programme
  have been included in the list of reimbursable courses
  for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) purposes. Eligible applicants
  will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of
  HK$10,000 (whichever is the less), on successful completion of a
  reimbursable course.
  Interested applicants should submit the completed and certified
  application form to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund
  before the commencement date of the reimbursable course.

Award of Higher Diploma  In order to complete the course and receive certification, students must
 attend at least 80% of each module and pass the assessments.
Remarks  1. Early Bird Discount
  Applicant, who enrolls and pays the 1st installment of tuition fee on or
  before 31-Dec-2011, $500 can be deducted in the 1st installment of
  miscellaneous fee.
