Placement is arranged at tourism and aviation related organizations. Over 100 organizations
participate in the programme, including travel agents, tourism offices, airlines, GDS companies
and hotels, etc.
May visit airline(s) or related organization(s)
Students will learn relevant skills and practical knowledge in simulated working environment
such as Global Distribution System – Abacus & Galileo.
Professional qualifications may be obtained: Airline Ticketing certificate recognized
by IATA Agency Programme Joint Council, certificates by Abacus.
TWO Diplomas will be awarded by studying the specified modules of “Diploma in Travel &
Tourism Operations Studies” at the same time.
Graduates can further study “Higher Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management” offered by
HKTT or work in the tourism and aviation industries. |

| 1. Continuing Education Fund |
 |
Some of the modular courses within the Diploma Programme with
this icon have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for
Continuing Education Fund (CEF) purposes. Eligible applicants will
be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of
HK$10,000(whichever is the less), on successful completion of a
reimbursable course.
Interested applicants should submit the completed and certified
application form to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund
before the commencement date of the reimbursable course.

Award of Diploma |
In order to complete the course and receive diploma, students must
attend at least 80% of each subject and pass the assessments. |
| Remarks |
1. If applicant has obtained a grade "E" or above for the subject of
"Travel and Tourism" in the HKCEE, the interview will be exempted and
he application will be accepted immediately.
2. Early Bird Discount
Applicant, who enrolls and pays the 1st installment of tuition fee on or
before 31-Dec-2011, $500 can be deducted in the 1st installment of
miscellaneous fee.
