Diploma In Airline Operations Studies (Day)

The aim of this course is to provide round development for those who would like to pursue their career in the Aviation Industry, especially Airlines. It provides travel knowledge specialized in airline operations and practical perspectives i.e., itinerary planning, landside and airside operations, in-flight service procedures, airport check-in and group arrangements, airline ticketing & reservation procedures, etc. It also focuses on personal development and soft skills training, for the purpose to be well prepared as a professional industry personnel.

 
  Seminars given by in-service personnel of Travel or Aviation Industry
  Advanced Airline Ticketing Certificate recognized by IATA Executive Council
  May visit airline(s) or related organization(s)
  Placement may be arranged to travel related organization and over 100
   organizations participated in the programme
  Recommend outstanding students to apply of scholarship
  TWO Diplomas will be awarded by studying the specified modules of
   “Diploma in Travel & Tourism Operations Studies”at the same time.
  Gradates can further study “Higher Diploma in Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management”
   of HKTT or work in the tourism and aviation industry.

Admission Requirements  1. Form Five Standard or
 2. Successfully completed the
  “Foundation Certificate in Travel & Tourism Studies” in HKTT or
 3. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of HKTT
Duration  1 Year
Course Subsidy  1. MTR Student Travel Scheme
 2. Continuing Education Fund
  Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a
  maximum sum of HK$10,000.
  Applicants please ensures that you have submitted the application
  to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund before the
  commencement of the module.
Award of Diploma  In order to complete the course and receive diploma, students must
 attend at least 80% of each subject and pass the assessments.
