Diploma In Airline Operations Studies (Evening)

HKTT has identified the need for those who wish to undertake a career within the aviation industry to obtain broad-based skills in addition to the professional knowledge and the right attitude. In today's market, airlines require staff to have customer service mind and better interpretation of the company procedures, especially from the management perspective. This course not only covered the knowledge, but also equipped the students with the attitude and skills to excel in the jobs.

Compulsory modules:

　 3.　Customer Service Skills for the aviation industry (05087)
　 4.　Practical English for the travel industry personnel (02078)
　 5.　Basic Airline Ticketing Course (95004)
　 6.　Practical Putonghua for the travel industry personnel (02079)
　 7.　Professional Grooming Standard for the aviation industry (05088)
　
Electives modules (one of the course should be selected):
　 1.　Airport Passenger Service Officer Training Course (98034)
　 2.　Airline Flight Attendant Skills Training Course (05086)
　
# Students are recommended to complete this introductory course before taking the other
　 7 modules.
* Book fees should be paid for some modules.

Course Subsidy 　Continuing Education Fund
　　Some of the modular courses within the Diploma Programme with this icon
　　have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for Continuing
　　Education Fund (CEF) purposes. Eligible applicants will be reimbursed
　　80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000
　　(whichever is the less), on successful completion of a reimbursable course.
　　Interested applicants should submit the completed and certified application
　　form to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund before the
　　commencement date of the reimbursable course.

Award of Diploma 　1. "Diploma in Airline Operations Studies" would be awarded to those
　　who have completed the above 8 specific courses within 24 months.
　2. After the completion of all 8 courses, applicants should apply
　　for the Diploma within 6 weeks.
Remarks 　Any promotional offer is not applicable to the CEF modular course.
