HK Travel & Tourism Training Centre（HKTT）has been appointed by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) as one of the official training bodies. Courses are offered to all Hong Kong eligible employees aged 15 or above and with education attainment of sub-degrees or below. At the same time, ERB strives to provide more new and exciting courses that offer better career opportunities for different service target. “Personal Attributes Training” and “Job Search Skills” are added to the new placement-tied courses to offer a more comprehensive training to the students. In addition to vocational skills training, students can improve their skills in communications, EQ management, time management, creativity and team building in order to enhance their competitiveness in the changing environment.
Moreover, through our Employment Service Department, HKTT has built up an extensive employers’ network to assist graduates in finding jobs. We also provide complimentary job matching and placement services. Our graduates can learn through relevant on-the-job training and strive to become a true professional in the travel and tourism industry.
Apart from regular placement-tied and evening courses, we also work closely with the ERB to provide an one-stop service to assist employers in satisfying their recruitment and training needs. Employers can enjoy ERB subsidies while we provide tailor-made recruitment processes and pre-employment training courses to match the employers’ significant manpower demands.
