This course aims to improve both oral and written English skills of students who are working, or planning to work in the tourism industry.


A module from the "Diploma in Travel & Tourism Operations Studies" & "Diploma in Airline Operations Studies".

¡@2.6 Explaining to customers the payment and refund procedures of different payment

 Notes are supplied in English.
Admission Requirements  1. Form 5 standard
 2. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of HKTT
Duration  10 lessons (Total 25 hours)
Course Fee  $ 1,350
Course Subsidy  Subsidized by Vocational Training Council
 50% of the course fee may be refunded and VTC certificate may be
 awarded to participant who is a full-time/part-time tourism industry
 employee with less than three years working experience in the field.
Award of Certificate  In order to complete the course and receive certification, students must
 attend at least 80% of the course and pass the assessments.
