| The objective is to train students to acquire knowledge and demonstrate basic competence in aviation regulations, airline formation, air traffic control procedures, ramp service, baggage handling and security measures. Evolutionary trends, such as the Customer Relationship Management and E-commerce will also be addressed to enhance the students' understanding the airline operation from a competitive perspective.

Continuing Education Fund
This course has been included in the list of reimbursable courses for
Continuing Education Fund purposes. Eligible applicants will be
reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of
HK$10,000 (whichever is the less), on successful completion of a
reimbursable course.
Interested applicants should submit the completed and certified
application form to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund
before the commencement date of the reimbursable course.

Award of Certificate
|
In order to complete the course and receive certification, students must attend at least 80% of the course and pass the assessments.
