Airport Passenger Service Officer Training Course

This course is specifically designed to provide the skills and training necessary to prepare students for customer service positions in the airline industry. This program places an emphasis on aviation knowledge and ground handling skills needed to prepare the student for public contact positions.


An elective module from the "Diploma in Airline Operations Studies".

Admission Requirement  1. Form 5 standard
 2. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of HKTT

Tuition Fee  HK$1,480
Award of Certificate  In order to complete the course and receive certification, students must
 attend at least 80% of the course and pass the assessments.
